The Legend of the Pigman

It all begins in the town of Angola, NY, a city just south of Buffalo. The town butcher just returned home from war, bearing his scars for all to see. People in the area began to pester the man because of his appearence. You could only imagine how much one man can take, after experiencing the horrors of war and now to deal with the constant berating from the people he gave so much for. The man soon barred himself from society and the anger grew. He began putting pig heads on stakes, near the perimeter of his property to scare any visitors. Soon after, the tactic grew old, and kids started testing the man. Constant vandalism began and the Pigman snapped. On a cold autumn night, some teens were coming to bother the Pigman but, this time he was fed up. As they began smashing, so did he. He slashed, and slashed, and slashed again. All his pain relieved in every swing. As morning light came, the horrors of what took place reveal there ugly heads. Those teens were now his new his deterrent as their heads replaced the swines on the stakes. The Pigman man vanished and was never seen again. Local legend is to drive under Holland Bridge, which is a single lane bridge, where a terible train accident took place in the 1800’s but, that is a story for another day, turn your car off, honk 3 times and he will appear {hopefully not}. Oh yeah, and the car won’t start back up. So, if your feeling brave Pigman road is the place to be.
